We know sometimes sizing or styling can be tricky, so we are happy for you to return your online purchase within 14 days, for an exchange or store credit. To get started, simply fill out the form below.

How do I return?

Enter your order number and email address to start
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

How do I ship back the items?

What items can be returned for a exchange or store credit?

Within 14 days from the date of purchase, in unused condition and in the original packaging with all the tags intact.

What items are non-refundable?

The following items cannot be returned:

- Gift cards
- Sale or Promotional items

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Extended Returns Policy

If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with an item purchase at www.vaultactive.com.au, simply return it to us within 14 days, and we will happily provide an exchange or credit note by the following policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, with no sign of wear, and with all swing tags, and hygiene stickers intact and attached. Please complete the online returns process and return with your item(s) and a tax invoice to the address below.  https://vaultactive.returnscenter.com/

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure items are returned to us: we recommend using trackable registered post, unfortunately, Vault Active cannot accept any liability for goods returned by unregistered post. Shipping costs are incurred by the purchaser and are unfortunately non-refundable except in the instance that a product is deemed to be faulty.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on items purchased at vaultactive.com.au, however, we are happy to issue a credit voucher, or to assist you in selecting an exchange.

Exchanges

Vault Active will gladly assist you with exchanging garments for an alternative size, style or colour, where available. Please note that stock is limited and we may not always be able to provide the requested exchange. 

International Returns

If you are returning items delivered outside of Australia and New Zealand, we are happy to offer a credit note for the full purchase value. Due to the extended delivery times for international post, we cannot offer an exchange for international returns. We recommend that you simply re-purchase the desired new size/colour online and return the originally purchased item to our warehouse for a refund/ credit. Some items sell out quickly and/or may have limited stocks in some sizes and we would hate for customers to miss out that special item.

Vault Active cannot refund any duties or taxes levied by your country and incurred as a result of purchasing our products, please contact your local Customs government department for details of how to recover these costs.
